- YEFE Inhibited Transformer Insulating Oil is formulated from carefully selected mineral base stocks that are hydro-cracked and hydrotreated to remove impurities such as sulfur, nitrogen, and aromatic compounds, achieving a very high level of chemical and electrical stability.
The oxidation inhibitor—typically a DBPC-type additive—is incorporated to slow down the oxidation process, minimize sludge formation, and maintain neutralization number and dielectric properties over extended service periods.
The oil meets the essential requirements for modern inhibited transformer fluids, including high dielectric strength, low dissipation factor, and good gas absorption characteristics, making it suitable for normal and severe operating conditions such as high ambient temperatures and heavy electrical loads.Typical Properties
