YEFE Zelus Soluble Cutting Oil is formulated as a mineral-based soluble oil concentrate containing base oils, emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors and lubricity enhancers that are carefully balanced to provide a stable, long-lasting emulsion.
When mixed with water at the recommended dilution ratios, it forms a milky emulsion with good cooling capacity and lubricity, allowing for efficient heat removal at the cutting zone and reduced friction between tool and workpiece.
Enhanced anti-corrosive properties and emulsion stability help protect machine surfaces and components from rust and staining, even when used with different water hardness levels, while maintaining consistent performance over extended sump life.
