YEFE Gevitro PAO FG 460 is a full synthetic food grade gear and chain oil based on PAO technology, engineered for drive chains, conveyor chains, gearboxes, and reduction units operating in food industry applications. Its synthetic base oils offer a high viscosity index and excellent oxidation stability, enabling longer oil life and reliable lubrication over a wide temperature range while maintaining strong film strength under load.
The oil exhibits excellent demulsibility, promoting efficient separation of water from the lubricant, and contains adhesive additives that create a protective coating on gears and chains, enhancing anti-wear performance and minimizing dripping or flinging during operation. These properties help protect components against wear, corrosion, and wash-off, even in the presence of alkaline cleaning agents commonly used in food processing facilities, while supporting extended relubrication intervals and stable performance in continuous production environments.
