YEFE Heat Transfer Oil 46 is based on specifically refined mineral base oil with a viscosity grade of ISO VG 46, balancing higher film strength with good circulation and heat transfer performance in high-temperature thermic systems.
The formulation is fortified with anti-oxidation additives to deliver exceptional resistance to thermal decomposition, reducing the risk of carbonaceous deposits, sludge formation and viscosity increase during long-term service.
It is designed for closed or controlled open liquid-phase heat transfer systems where bulk oil temperatures can reach up to approximately 288°C and film temperatures may be higher, provided the system is properly vented or blanketed with inert gas to avoid oil contact with air at high temperature.
