YEFE Hydra HVI ECO FG 68 is a food grade hydraulic fluid that offers a unique combination of biodegradability and non-toxic properties, making it ideal for hydraulic systems operating in sensitive environments such as fish farms, fish processing facilities, fish processing vessels and pelagic fish harvesting vessels. As a high viscosity index hydraulic oil, it maintains consistent oil viscosity in environments with temperature variations while remaining safe for incidental contact with food and raw materials.
This biodegradable, non-toxic hydraulic oil is also suitable as an HFDU class fluid for applications close to heat sources and flames, with a very low burn efficiency and high flash point that make it less likely to ignite and reduce fire hazards in hydraulic systems. Unlike water glycol-based fire-resistant formulations, the ECO FG technology does not require constant monitoring to maintain fire resistance, simplifying maintenance while providing robust safety performance. The product meets the most stringent specifications of the food industry and is compliant with HACCP, Global GAP, BRC, ISO 22000 and FDA 21 CFR 178.3570, and is available alongside ISO VG 32 and 46 grades within the same series.
