- YEFE Multilube FG 68 is based on food-grade base oils (mineral or synthetic hydrocarbon, depending on your formulation choice) with an ISO VG 68 viscosity grade, delivering a midpoint kinematic viscosity of 68 mm²/s at 40°C and approximately 8.7–11.7 mm²/s at 100°C for robust film strength in demanding applications.
The ashless additive package is designed to provide strong rust and corrosion protection, excellent oxidation resistance, high EP and anti-wear performance, as well as good demulsibility, anti-foam and deaeration properties, making it suitable for high-pressure hydraulic systems and reciprocating or screw compressors as well as general multipurpose lubrication.
As an NSF H1 food-grade lubricant, Multilube FG 68 meets typical FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 style requirements, can be used in mechanical systems where incidental contact with food cannot be completely avoided, and supports safe operation in harsh environments and high-temperature applications in food plants.Typical Properties
